We are in the process of developing our patient portal. This Care New England-hosted patient portal allows our patients limited access to selected
lab and X-ray results.

We feel strongly that email or portal communication for pediatric patient care is ill-advised, as the level of concern in a parent’s voice is of great importance to us.

Please understand that you CAN NOT use email or this portal to contact us, despite what is presented as available on the MyChart page. Also, we
must protect teenagers’ privacy, so this portal is not available for teen patients.
